Team WMR Off-Road, the top placing privateer team in both the 2010 and 2011 GNCC seasons, announced their return to the series for 2012 with New Zealand’s own Rory Mead returning to the series competing for WMR in the XC1 Pro class.

“I’m really excited about being part of the WMR race team. 2011 was my first year in the GNCC series, and it is by far the toughest series I have ever competed in. I’ve spent the summer here in New Zealand training hard and I’m looking forward to stepping up the pace for 2012. I’ve heard nothing but great things about the WMR prepped KTMs, and cannot wait to get to Florida to start racing.
